No single donor above 35% after year three. Dual signatories, restricted funds held separately, competitive procurement, and admin overhead ≤15% by year three.
Safeguards, GESI and Free, Prior and Informed Consent
Every partnership operates under our ESMS, full FPIC processes, GESI action plans, no involuntary displacement, and an independent grievance channel with anonymous options.
